Longo’s & Kitchen Hub Team Up for Success

Longo’s Markets & Kitchen Hub have collaborated to bring a unique dining experience to the eclectic Liberty Village area of Toronto. Utilizing a very compact footprint Longo’s & KH have brought a unique concept to an urban downtown location combining multiple food vendors in one central location. This concept not only saves considerable overall energy costs but reduces carbon footprint significantly and allows food vendors to enter the market at a much lower cost point. Fresher Source Inc. provided the RAMAire low flow energy efficient kitchen exhaust system, for this project, in collaboration with Longo’s, KH, SNC Lavalin and the entire construction team. This particular location is uber energy efficient and once again it’s another “win-win” for Longo’s, KH and the environment !!!!!
